- Perfect Cargo Packers and Movers applies the Cancellation and Refund Policies and respects your privacy.
- We understand that ups and downs in life occur, and sometimes you must cancel or change your plans. That's why we have a flexible cancellation and refund policy to help make things easier for you.
- "You agree " to pay the total charges for moving coordinator services to be provided by Perfect Cargo Packers and Movers. You shall understand that your deposit/fee represents only a portion of my total estimated service charges.
- For scheduling and routing purposes, your deposit/fee is not refundable unless you notify the Company of your intent to cancel the estimate, change your pick-up date, or place the move on hold for at least 5 business days (Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays not included) before the pack or load date (whichever applies) listed above.
- You shall understand that if you cancel your move less than 3 days before the scheduled pack or load date and the truck has not arrived at the pick-up location, then you are only entitled to receive a credit of your deposit for future moving services to be used within 3 months from the date of cancellation.
- If you cancel your move less than 3 days before the scheduled pick-up or load date and the truck has arrived to attempt services. In that case, you are not entitled to a refund or a credit of your deposit/fee.
- Several cancellation policies vary based on when the cancellation is placed, etc. The policies have been outlined below for your reference.
- If you need to cancel your order but plan to reschedule for an unknown date in the future, please review our "Pending" policy for additional options.
If you would like to cancel a service, the only way would be if you follow the subsequent guidelines:
If you wish to cancel your orders at Perfect Cargo Packers and Movers, you can do so within 24 hrs of the orders placed. The cancellation would not be made once the consignment had already shipped.
Standard Order CancellationA ₹1500/- fee applies to all canceled orders assuming they do not meet the criteria of our Same Day or No Show cancellation policies. The ₹1500/- fee will be subtracted from your original deposit amount, and we will pay the remaining balance to you within 10-15 business days.
Same Day CancellationIf you place an order and require Service on the same day, we will do everything possible to accommodate your request. We need an 80% Amount deposit at the time of booking; if we do not schedule a crew, your deposit will be refunded. However, no refund will be provided if a crew is confirmed and then a cancellation is made.
"Pending" Status - Short Term CancelIf your situation has changed and you are no longer sure of your moving dates or destination, you may opt to move your reservation to pending status. This will cancel your current order(s) and allow them to be rescheduled at any time within 3 months without penalty. Orders can be rescheduled with any Perfect Cargo Packers and Movers branch in or outside the country.
No Show FeeIf a cancellation request is received after our crew departs for your location, you will be charged a ₹6,000/- no-show fee in addition to the ₹1500/- cancellation fee. This fee will be charged to your final invoice as per our terms and conditions.
Please feel free to get in touch with our customer service team for a refund of your money if you experience a cancellation with all required documents & proofs, in case of cancellation.
The rates are subject to the nature and kind of services you avail as per your requirement, which may depend upon factors such as volume, distance, and other ancillary services desired. Furthermore, rates of the services are likely to change without prior notice.
